How can I turn off the email notifications?

Email notifications in Easy Projects can be turned off at two levels — globally across all projects by an administrator, or for a specific project by a project manager. Use the approach that matches your needs.

Global Shutoff (Administrator)

1. Log in as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Options → Program Settings.
3. Locate the "Enable notification system" option and disable it.
4. Save your changes. This stops all email notifications across every project.

Per-Project Shutoff (Project Manager)

1. Open the project details page for the project you want to silence.
2. Click the Notifications button.
3. Disable the notification rules for that project, or turn off the notification system for that project specifically.
4. Save the updated settings.

If you only need to suppress certain types of alerts — such as late or overdue activity notifications — you can adjust those checkboxes within the notification rules rather than disabling the entire system.
