Email Notification messages to users not assigned to Project
When you add an activity to a project, you may want users to receive email notifications without having to assign them to every single activity. Easy Projects supports this through the notification rules on each project.
How to set it up
- Navigate to the project details page for the project you want to configure.
- Click the Notifications button to open the notification rules panel.
- In the notification rule, enable the "Also include" option. This lets you select users from the global user list who should receive notifications for activities in this project, even if they are not directly assigned.
- Save the rule. The selected users will now receive email updates for activity changes within that project.
Tip: You can create multiple notification rules per project, each targeting different groups of users or different types of activity events.
